If you are not able to access internet in BUSY, you need to check these troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: Check your antivirus settings and make sure it is not blocking the BUSY application.
Step 2: Check after change the internet connection.

Our BUSY software is offline software you can use BUSY without internet only auto services is not wokring. But if you are using BUSY Online or SQL mode of BUSY then you need internet.

If the connection to the BUSY server was lost unexpectedly, you can try to reconnect by restart BUSY software or restart internet connection if issue persist then check by change internet.

If you are using BUSYonline version you will not able to post the TDS entry without internet but if you have offline desktop version of BUSY you can post it.

This issue is not related to BUSY it is connectivity issue to resolve this you need to contact with your Broad Band Service Provider, he will help you regarding this.

If during GSTIN Validation you are facing an error about Internet connection then you can exclude BUSY from antivirus 
or disable antivirus. If issue pesist then change your internet connection.

One possible solution is to check the internet connectivity and try reconnecting. If the issue persists, it may be necessary to troubleshoot the software or contact support for assistance.

you can check you internet conncetion by testing internet speed from browser or you can ping your ip address from CMD in start menu of your windows .

You can connect your address in BUSY and then provide the AnyDesk ID to Fundamento for them to check it.

The timeout errors while accessing BUSY could be caused by slow internet connection, server issues, or network congestion.
