internet provider says all ports are open on their end. to confirm the 1433 port is open on computer open your browser and browse port checker and check your port by mentioned 1433 there you can find your port is open or closed.
The purpose of the 981 listening port is to configure your phone and system at other locations and view reports. To open or enable the 981 listening port, you need to check your router settings and ensure that the port is open.

You need to open port 1433 if you want to use BUSY on different location. On same location no need to open port 1433.
If the port number is already in use, feel free to choose another port. For example, you can use ports like 982, 983, etc
