 You need to open port 1433 if you want to use BUSY on different location. On same location no need to open port 1433. 

The web port 1433 is already in use by another company. Now, can you suggest an alternative solution?

 If the port number is already in use, feel free to choose another port. For example, you can use ports like 982, 983, etc
