Find Solutions to Common Issues Related to troubleshoot - speed related issue
Its Depend on company Database size. It size is less then will take less time for opening any report. We can check the Database Size in Open Company tick on Show Data Size or Can check in Voucher and Master Statices from Checklist Under Display Menu.
Recommend :
Step 1: If One Company Issue - Check the image size of account and master then run Reindex Database from Housekeeping.
Step 2: If In All Company Issue - Change the Data Location and if still same then remove and reinstall BUSY.
Step 3: If Data Size is Very Heavy - Split the Financial Year or Move to SQL Database.
Note : Do this Process After Data Backup.

Step 1. Make sure you are using the latest version of the BUSY software.
Step 2. Close any unnecessary applications running in the background.
Step 3. Sometimes, slow performance may be related to the heavy data size.
Step 4. Exclude BUSYwin folder and BUSY21.exe from antivirus.
Step 5. UAC should be down level.
Step 6. Run BUSY as an administrator.

Step 1: Kindly ensure only single setup should install in your system.
Step 2: Right click on the BUSY Icon and go to properties.
Step 3: Click on compatibility and select option run this program in compatibility mode and run this program as an administration.
Step 4: Go to Control Panel and search UAC and drag bar to never notify.
Step 5: Restart system and open BUSY
