To Reset the SA user lockout issue in BUSY:
1. Navigate to the BUSYWIN folder, then access the System folder and locate the server.txt file.
2. In this text file, you can find information about the previously saved SA password in BUSY.
3. Alternatively, use SQL Server Management Studio to reset the password.
4. Open SQL Server Management Studio and connect using Windows Authentication mode.
5. Right-click on the SQL Instance and choose to change the password.
6. Restart the SQL service
7. Now log in and check the Software with the new SA User Account and Password
The SQL Server login is failing with "invalid username/password" error. What should I do?
If the SQL Server login is failing with an invalid username/password error, you need to check if the username or password is correct. To ensure the username or password is correct or wrong, you need to go to the server system of BUSY, then go to the BUSYwin folder. In the BUSY folder, select the system folder. In the system folder, you will find the text file with the name Serrevr. In the server text file, you will find the server information with the user name and password details.

1 Open ssms in your system and fill the sql server info with id pasword and connect
data
2 then right click on database option and click on detach and select the files one by one and save
3 then again right click on database and click on attach
4 then click on add and select the database path where the data exist and add all
files one by one then click on save

If SQL services not getting start showing timely fashion error showing, you need to check the below reasons:
1. First confirm weather the multiple SQL instant not install if multiple instant install then you need to differenctial the SQL port for indivisual SQL instant, after changing the port restart the services
2. also please replace the template file from temp folder to data folder.
3. if still same issue then you have to re-install SQL and restore data or attached the data, before re-installing BUSY you need to take data back-up.
I cant attach my SQL data in BUSY
If your SQL data is detached, then to attach the data, follow the steps:
Step 1: open SQL Server Management Studio and connect serevr.
Step 2: Click on the database, then right-click on it and click Attach.
Step 3: Click on Add and select the sql data path, and one by one, add all the data files for the company financial year, then press OK and wait for it to execute.
Step 4: then close SMS, open BUSY, and check the new data that will be attc in the company menu.

Wants to configure BUSY for SQL database. The SQL already installed in system. How do i do it?
If you want to run BUSY on SQL database, then you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and click on Select BUSY Model.
Step 2: Select your model either Standard or Enterprise as per the license then select Data Type as MS SQL and save.
Step 3: Reopen BUSY then click on Set Server Information.
Step 4: Enter your Server Name and Password and User Id should be SA then save.
Step 5: Now, click on Create Company and can create your company and start your work.
