Find Solutions to Common Issues Related to ums - access issues
If you are unable to open UMS, then check the possible reasons:
1.Make sure that UMS file must be located in the same drive and folder in which Ums has installed.
2.If the UMS has been expired then you need to contact to your designated ASM and RCM for same.
3.VeriFinancial Year that UMS is running on the latest or updated version
4.In case of any server issue, can check after sometime.

To resolve the problem of being unable to log in to the web UMS, follow these steps:
1.Open your browser and visit http://ums.busy.in/CompanyLogin.aspx.
2.Enter your web ID and password.
3.If you're a Dealer and don't have a web ID, contact your RSM or ASM.
4.If you're a Reseller, contact your reseller for the web ID and password.

If Deskop UMS showing you are not authorize then you need to registere you Harddisk number , To register your Deskop UMS you need to share your details with New Harddisk no. on support@busy.in
mistakenly consuned BUC for upgrade or BLS and Want to reverse transaction then ensure that you can reverse transaction within 24 hrs. and for that need to contact with RSM or ASM.
If you're experiencing problems during the upgrade, please follow this step:
Ensure your license is activated because upgrading the license is not possible without activation. Kindly activate the license first.
1 Re-register the softlock license.
2 If the issue persists, contact your BUSY channel partner or email us at supportatBUSYdotin with all the relevant details.
