I am unable to add or import customers/vendors/products/accounts into BUSY. What could be going wrong?

If yor are unable to add or import customers/vendors/products/accounts into BUSY then follow the steps.
To Add Account Master Manually.
Step 1. Open the company in which you want to add masters.
Step 2. Click on Administration menu
Step 3. Then click on Masters
Step 4. Now select Account and click on Add option under Account.
Step 5. Enter the necessary information as per your specific needs and then press the Save button.
To Import Account Master from Excel.
Step 1. Open the company in which you want to import masters from excel.
Step 2. Click on Administration menu
Step 3. Then Go to Data Export Import option
Step 4. Then click on Import Masters from MSExcel under data Export Import.
Step 5. Then select Account option to import Account master from Excel.
Step 6. Then click on Add New Master or Modify Existing Master.
Step 7. Now Connect BUSY Field of account master and Excel Field.
Step 8. Then select the Command name As Acc_name as related to the name of Account Master.
Step 9. Choose the Excel Field corresponding to the Account Master name, either A or B, depending on the
column where you have specified the account name.
Step 10. Then click on right side arrow button.
Step 11. After clicking on the button, you will see that the right-side box indicates the connection between the
Account Master Name and Excel Field column where you have specified the account name.
Step 12. Then select the defined value for the account master, specifying the group name as
either Sundry Debtor or Sundry Creditor.
Step 13. Now Choose the location of the Excel file.
Step 14. After selecting the excel file specify the starting row for data in the Excel file excluding the heading row.
Step 15. To Import till the end of file, Leave End row as 0.
Step 16. Define Excel sheet number in your workbook of MS Excel.
Step 17. Clcik on import button and till wait while import the data from Excel.
To Add Item Master Manually.
Step 1. Click on Administration menu
Step 2. Then Click on Masters option
Step 3. Then Click on Items option
Step 4. Then enter the relevant fields as per you need.
To Import Item Masters From MSEXCEL.
Step 1. Click on Administration menu
Step 2. Go to Data Export Import option
Step 3. Then click on Import Masters from MSExcel.
Step 4. Then select Items option
Step 5. Sepcify the import option as Add New Masters or ModIfy Existing Masters.
Step 6. Now Connect BUSY Field of item master and Excel Field.
Step 7. Select the Command name As Item_name as related to the name of Item Master
Step 8. Choose the Excel Field corresponding to the item Master name, either A or B depending on the
column where you have specified the Item name..
Step 9. Then click on right side arrow button.
Step 10.After clicking on the button, you will see that the right-side box indicates the connection between the
Item Master Name and Excel Field column where you have specified the Item name.
Step 11. Then select defined value for Item Master as Parent Group Name = General, Unit = Pcs.
Step 12. Next choose the location of the exel file.
Step 13. After selecting the excel file specify the starting row for data in the Excel file excluding the heading row.
Step 14. To Import till the end of file, Leave End row as 0.
Step 15. Define Excel sheet number in your workbook of MS Excel.
Step 16. Clcik on import button and till wait while import the data from Excel.
