I am unable to open the payment voucher sent via WhatsApp on my mobile phone. How can I resolve this?

To resolve the issue of not being able to open the payment voucher sent via WhatsApp on your mobile phone,you can try the following steps : 
Step 1: You must have a Standard or Enterprise license of BUSY and Windows 10 or a later version to use the email configuration feature.
Step 2: Go to Administration click on Configuration and select SMS Configuration and Configure the settings.
Step 3: In SMS Configuration, you need to create a new format with the name WhatsApp and then enter the WhatsApp API, which is: whatsapp://send?phone=phoneNo&text=message. Note that this API only sends a WhatsApp PDF link not the direct PDF.
Step 4: Click on the Upload PDF option at the top of the SMS configuration settings.
Step 5: When saving a voucher, click on the Print option, then select SMS and choose the WhatsApp format. If you have specified a WhatsApp number in the account master, it will be sent automatically to that number; otherwise, you need to enter it manually.
Step 6: Ensure that the .NET Framework 3.5 is installed on your system.
Step 7: Exclude BUSY from your system's antivirus.
Step 8: BUSY WhatsApp-sent links will be valid for 15 days only.
Step 9: Now you can easily send WhatsApp messages from BUSY.
Step 10: Ensure that your BUSY license is up to date.
This should open the voucher for you.
