To correct the invalid HSN code in Item master , follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on master tab
Step 2: Choose the item master option and then click on Modify tab
Step 3: After access the relevant item master in modify mode, update the correct hsn code in its field and save the configuration.
How much does BUSY subscription cost? Do you offer any trial?
The cost of BUSY subscription depends on the basis of model of BUSY and modelwise cost for BUSY is given below
Step 1 Annual subscription cost for basic single user is Rupess 2700 plus 18% taxes and basic multi user is 6750 plus 18% taxes
Step 2 Annual subscription cost for standard single user is Rupees 4500 plus 18% taxes and standard multi user is 11250 plus 18% taxes
Step 3 Annual subscription cost for enterprise single user is Rupees 5400 plus 18% taxes and enterprise multi user is 13500 plus taxes

Step 1 : If your license is under Ca scheme you will get 50 percent discount on renewal cost and if you renew for 3 years you will get extra 20 percent
Step 2 : If your license is under accountant scheme you will get 25 percent discount on renewal cost and if you renew for 3 years you will get extra 20 percent

Currently, BUSY only supports importing data from Tally using the Tally2BUSY utility. If you want to import data from other software, you need to export their data to Excel and prepare the Excel sheets in a format that BUSY can recognize. Then, you can use the Import Masters / Voucher from Excel option to import the Excel sheets into BUSY.
What licenses or subscriptions do I need to access different features in BUSY?
To access different features in BUSY you need to have a license with bls subscription accordingly

My BUSY license/BLS is expiring soon. What will happen if it expires? How can I renew it?
If your BUSY license/BLS expires, your invoicing service and E-way bill service will be discontinued. To renew it, you can do it from your channel partner's end or directly from BUSY's end. The cost for renewing for 1 year is Rs. 4500 + 18% GST total Rs. 5310, and for 3 years with 20% discount it is Rs. 12,744 including GST. It is recommended to renew it before it expires to avoid any service disruptions.
