How do I recharge or subscribe to activate modules in BUSY?Is it possible to import data from other accounting software into BUSY?
To renew your BLS(BUSY License Subscription) in BUSY you need to contact to your authorized channel partner or reach out to us on our 24X7 helpline number: 8282828282 or 011 40964096.
Currently, BUSY only supports importing data from Tally using the Tally2BUSY utility. If you want to import data from other software, you need to export their data to Excel and prepare the Excel sheets in a format that BUSY can recognize. Then, you can use the Import Masters / Voucher from Excel option to import the Excel sheets into BUSY.
What licenses or subscriptions do I need to access different features in BUSY?
To access different features in BUSY you need to have a license with bls subscription accordingly
Such as if you want to use E-waybill and E-invoice feature in BUSY you must have a standard license with an active bls

My license for BUSY has expired. How can I renew it?

My BUSY license/BLS is expiring soon. What will happen if it expires? How can I renew it?
If your BUSY license/BLS expires, your invoicing service and E-way bill service will be discontinued. To renew it, you can do it from your channel partner's end or directly from BUSY's end. The cost for renewing for 1 year is Rs. 4500 + 18% GST total Rs. 5310, and for 3 years with 20% discount it is Rs. 12,744 including GST. It is recommended to renew it before it expires to avoid any service disruptions.

What is BUSY BLS license? Do I need it with standard edition?
BUSY has an annual license subscription i.e BLS plan which includes some features like BUSY updated, GSP services, Customer support, BUSY mobile application, BUSY BNS app, BDEP Service, Audit trial and so on. If the BLS is not updated then you will not be able to use the features which relate to BLS.
Moreover it is mandatory to update BUSY BLS for all version and model for smooth running in BUSY
What is the process for renewing my BUSY serial number before it expires?
If you want to renew BLS before Expiry you can contact to BUSY customer support number on 8282828282. The Executive that will receive your call will complete the payment process from www.BUSYinfotech.in and will share the payment details with the billing Department. Then within 24 hours, you will get your Renewal file on your mail ID. However you can also contact from Authorised channel partner about it.

How much will be the renewal charge for BUSY Accounting software if I have a double user account?
The renewal charge for BUSY Accounting software with a double user account will depend on the model chosen and will be different from the initial charge.
For basic dual user charges are 4050 plus 18 percent GST, for standard dual user charges are 6750 plus 18 percent GST and for enterprise dual user charges are 8100 plus 18 percent GST.
