When you are using BUSY online then some features will not work. The features are not able to share invoices on whatsapp, not able to use sql database, barcode printing, add on but these features will get update later. Auto backup on google drive and excel export will not come ever.
If I'm accessing the software remotely, where does the backup file get saved?
If you are using BUSY Online product for remotely use, then you need to write a request mail on support@busy.in for backup as presently no provision for backup. However, if you are using any third party remote services then you need to concern with them whom configure it.

If you are using BUSY online then it allows you for cloud access and storage
but if you are using BUSY muti user offline mode then it will not allow cloud access but
through BUSY aget it will allow to take backup storage
