BUSY, support the use of manufacturing voucher entries for both raw material consumption and finished goods production. This allows businesses to record and track the entire manufacturing process within a single voucher entry.
Step1: Navigating to Manufacturing Voucher Entry:Select the "Manufacturing Voucher" or "Production Voucher" option in the transaction menu or navigation bar of the BUSY software. Click on it to open the production voucher entry window.
Step 2: Creating BOM :Choose the BOM for which you want to create the production voucher entry. This order typically contains details of the finished goods to be produced and the required raw materials.
Step 3:Raw Material Consumption:In the production voucher entry, enter the quantities of raw materials consumed in the production process. You can either enter the item codes/names manually or use barcode scanning if the software supports it.
Step 4 : Finished Goods Production:Specify the quantity of finished goods produced as per the production order. This represents the output of the manufacturing process.
Step 5 : Save the Manufacturing Voucher:After reviewing the details, save the manufacturing voucher in the BUSY software.
Step 6: Updating Inventory Records:BUSY software will automatically update the inventory records into stock ledger and stock status based on the raw material consumption and finished goods production entered in the production voucher.
