Want to know about ho bo configuration in BUSY.

For HO BO configuration in BUSY, you need to keep in mind the following points:
Step 1: Ensure that SQL is installed in the Head office. The Head office can only be run under the EC model. The Branch office can use both SQL or Access database.
Step 2: If you have some internet issue in the Branch office, then you can use the Access database. Otherwise, if you have proper internet availability, then you can use the SQL database.
Step 3: If you are not using SQL earlier, then you have to purchase a Static IP of the main system and have to open port 1433 on it. Also, make sure that inbound and outbound rules should be created of 1433 port from the window Firewall.
Step 4: Now, for configuration in the Head office, navigate to the Administration menu.
Step 5: Then, click on the feature and option and select Enterprise feature.
Step 6: Enable the Multi-branch detail option and create branches from there.
Step 7: Enable HO/BO data sync from there and set the status as Head office and enable the data sync for branches with specified rights.
Step 8: Now, in the Branch office, navigate to the Administration menu.
Step 9: Then, click on the feature and option and select Enterprise feature.
Step 10: Enable HO/BO data sync from there and set the status as Branch office.
Step 11: Click on the configure option and define the SQL server information(HO) and main company information for Data sync.
Now, for data sync from HO to BO or BO to HO, follow the below-given steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration menu.
Step 2: Then, click on the Data export/import option.
Step 3: If you want to send data from BO to HO, click on the Exchange data with HO option. And for receiving the data from BO, click on the Received data from BO option under the same menu.
Step 4: If you want to share data from HO to BO, then click on the Bulk data updation to BO option.
By following these steps, you can use HO and BO in BUSY and can sync data accordingly.
