What are the best practices for creating items, aliases, barcodes, QR codes in BUSY?
Pls Follow the Below Steps For Item Creation :
Click On
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Masters
Step 3: Item
Step 4: Add
Step 5: Mention the Item Details and Save it.
Pls Follow the Below Steps For Aliases : Either we can auto generate alais or can specify in Item Master Manually.
Auto Generate Alias :
Click On
Step 1: Add on
Step 2: Item Barcode Printing
Step 3: Auto Generate Item Code
Step 4: Select Item Type either for all Items or Group of Items
Step 5: Overwrite option replace the existing alias from item master, we can select as per our requirement.
Multiple Item Aliases : We can add multiple alias for an item according to their different Price,Mrp,Unit,Qty.

Step 2: Configuration
Step 3: Features and Options
Step 4: Inventory
Step 5: Enable the Maintain Multiple Item Alias
Step 6: Open the Item Master and specify the Multiple Alias
Step 7: Accordingly can select it during voucher entry.
Pls Follow the Below Steps For Barcode : We can maintain barcode with multiple inventory feature as per your requirement. Features which are Serial No. wise details, Batch wise details, Parameter wise details.
Pls Follow the Below Steps For QR Code : QR Code is used to show on invoice for directly taking payment from upi details of any app like google pay, paytm, phonepay etc. This configuration will be done on chargeable basis in design format.

Step 4: Select the required voucher type and series
Step 5: Create format and Select the fields data which want to show in QR Code.
Step 6: Open the Design format and add it field of QR Code with create format name.
