What are the options available for importing data into BUSY, and how can it be done?

In BUSY, We can import data of masters and transactions from below options.
 For Excel :You can export import data through Excel, we need to configure the excel format as per the BUSY then we can import it from data export import option under administration menu.
 Pls Follow the Below Steps for Excel :
 Step 1: Administration
 Step 2: Data Export Import
 Step 3: Import Vouchers from Excel
 Step 4: Select Voucher Type 
 Step 5: Create Format 
 Step 6: Configure Format of data field as per excel column
 Step 7: Specify the Excel data sheet & Import it.
 For XML :You can export import data through XML, Xml is used to transfer the data from one company to another of BUSY software.
 Pls Follow the below steps :
 Step 1: Click on Administration
 Step 2: Then Data export import
 Step 3: Then Xml 
 Step 4: Then Export data - Here export the masters and transaction data on desktop as per your date peference
 Step 5: Open the target company before importing took the backup
 Step 6: Then click on import option and specify the exported data folder path and import it.
 For BDEP :You can export import vouchers data through BDEP.BDEP is used to transfer the voucher from pne company to another company in BUSY software. We need to the bdep configuration from general tab and configure the bdep id in that party master.
 Pls Follow the Below Steps :
 Step 1: Click on Administration
 Step 2: Then Configuration
 Step 3: Then Features and Options
 Step 4: Then General
 Step 5: Enable the BDEP option then click on configuration - Here create the bdep id and mention the required details.
 Step 6: Mention the customer bdep id in the party master 
 Step 7: From Voucher series configuration, enable the bdep option should ask after saving the voucher and will get upload in BDEP data.
