What is the process for backing up company data in BUSY?

In BUSY, we can take backup from BUSY agent on schedule time and can also take manually.BUSYAgent is an tool which is used to take data backup on Local Drive and Google Drive on scheduled time.
 Pls Follow the Below Steps :
 Step 1: Open the BUSY Software 
 Step 2: Company Menu
 Step 3: Download BUSYAgent
 Step 4: Install it in which BUSY is already installed
 Step 5: Click on BUSYAgent icon
 Step 6: Click on General Configuration
 Step 7: Select Database Type - Access or MS SQL, For Access, Mention the Data Directory Path and For MS SQL, Mention the SQL Server Information.
 Step 8: For Backup Notification, Specify as per your requirement. Can get through Email or BUSYBNS.
 Pls Follow the Below Steps for Local Drive :
 Step 1: Click on Backup Configuration 
 Step 2: Enable it Create backup on local drive
 Step 3: Mention the backup folder path 
 Step 4: Select backup folder name and Companies for backup as per your requirement.
 Step 5: Click on Backup Schedule then select days, financial year and backup time in a day as per your requirement.
 Pls Follow the Below Steps for Google Drive :
 Step 1: Administration
 Step 2: Configuration
 Step 3: Features and Options
 Step 4: General
 Step 5: Enable the Google drive linked in BUSY option
 Step 6: Specify the Email id for authentication.
 Step 7: Click on Backup Schedule then select days, financial year and backup time in a day as per your requirement.
 
 Note : Backup on BUSY Agent is with only Active BLS.
