What options do I have for backing up data and avoiding data loss?

As you can take backup of your data which may helps you to avoiding the data loss , through below options which is mentioned:
 Option 1: After close the company.
 . Select the option of Backup data in Menu.
 . Then select the company, mention name and password.
 . Define the folder path where you want to take the backup.
 . Select F.Y.
 . Press 'OK' and save the Backup.
 Option 2: At the time of closing the company.
 . You can configured backup configuration as Go in administration.
 . Select configuration.
 . Click on Backup configuration option.
 . You can take backup as day wise through this option.
 . Create Day wise folder in your local drive and define the folder path in backup configuration.
 . After it select 'Y' to the configuration as Promptfor backup at the time of closing the company.
 . You also can enforce it to take backup while closing company, by selecting 'Y' in configuration.
 . Save the configuration and check as close company, A window will disappear which name called Backup data Select OK then it will auto take backup in specify folder which he have configured in backup configuration.
 Option 3: Through BUSY Agent Application.
 . You need to install BUSY agent in your system through busy.in website or you can download it through menu option in BUSY.
 . Install BUSY Agent is in same drive/folder where you BUSY is install.
 . As through BUSY Agent you can save your backup in local and Google drive as well. 
 . Then click on genreal configuration in BUSY Agent.
 . Select Data base typ and ,Mention your data directry if you have access data base,for sql mention server name and username/password and save the general configuration.
 . Click on Backup configuration (Local). 
 . Select 'Y' for local backup and define the folder path of your drive,where you want to save your backup.
 . Click on backup schedule configured it as per your requirment save it.
 . Then go in Backup configuration (Google Drive).
 . Select 'Y' to create backup for Google drive.
 . Specify you email id and click on authroise.
 Note: Chromse must be your default brower
 . Then give authentication and specify the backup schedule.
 . Save the configuration.
 . Click on ADD to startup so that it will auto start when your system start.
 . For taking auto backup your BUSY Agent must be open in backend.
 . So that it will take auto backup as per the time schedule which we have configured in it.
