What is the proper procedure for migrating last year's data into BUSY? I seem to be having issues with login credentials.

the proper procedure for migrating last year's data into BUSY, In BUSY we have multiple way to migrate data.
1. if you are working in current year company then there is no provision in BUSY to migrate last years data
 for that you need to create separate company for last years data with mentioned F.Y date of last year.
2. if your data in excel then you need to follow these steps 
 a) go to the data export/import under administartion menu
 b) click on import data then select import item or voucher option to import data data
 c) select relevant fields that mentioned in your excel data and specified excel path then proceed to import data.
3. if your data in XML form then follow these steps
 a) go to the data export/import under administartion menu
 b) select data import/export(XML)
 c) select import data then select XML file path
 d) then proceed to import data.
4. if your data in access and want to migrate in SQL or data in SQL and want to migrate in access then follow these steps
 a) go to the data export/import under administartion menu
 b) select import data from SQL or access option
 c) select data path , server information and company 
 d) then mentioned ID and password of company and proceed to import data. 
if showing wrong login credentials then you need to reset that for reset login credentials you need to request on BUSY support and send mail from your register email to reset your login credentials
