What should I do if issue in sync ?

If you are facing issue while uploading for cloud synch then it could be due to multiple 
reasons to solve the issue follow the steps
1 first check the internet connection it should be proper during the data upload time
2 Go to Administration menu and click on data export import then click on cloud synch
and then click on delete data and try to bulk upload again it could be possible last
data uploading was not successfully done
3 Go to house keeping menu and click on check check incomplete voucher then
delete or modiFinancial Year incomplete voucher if showing any then try again for bulk upload
4 Go to house keeping menu and click on check junk characters and check the junk masters
if any and modiFinancial Year it then try to bulk upload again
5 If you are first time uploading data and showing issue then go to administration menu and
click on configuretion then general then click on BDEP configuration and delete the old BDEP
ID and create a new then try bulk upload the data
6 If you are using BUSY old release then install the latest BUSY release and BUSY agent release
and try again for upload
