What should I do if the item description doesn't fit in the printout in BUSY?

If the item name or description does not fit in invoice print,you can adjust its characters to be printed in standard format by following these steps
Step 1 Open your company 
Step 2 Go to administartion and then configuration
Step 3 Go to invoice/document printing and select standard
Step 4 Select invoice in which wants to set item description like sales invoice
Step 5 Now in configuration,in body option in the right side,select self configured and open configurations
Step 6 Now in item print name you can increase characters to print for description of item and adjust another fields characters as it should be 136 as deafault and save the window
Step 7 Now save and then check invoice preview with standard format and characters for item description will be increased
Note:In BUSY,there is maximum limit for item name is 40 and item print name is 60 as deafault
To set item description doesnt fit in advanced format,follow these steps(must take backup of invoice format)
Step 1 Open your company 
Step 2 Go to administartion and then configuration
Step 3 Go to invoice/document printing and select advanced
Step 4 Select invoice in which wants to set item description like sales invoice and its format
Step 5 Now on the right side,select header for item name column header charcters adjust and then select body to adjust item name or description to increase print characters to be fit in sales invoice and save the changes
Step 6 Now save and then check invoice preview with advanced format
Note:Modification and configuring advanced format invoice,it will be on chargeable basis
