What steps should I follow to add text to the header and footer of my reports in BUSY?
The Following Steps should be follow to add text to the header and footer in BUSY
Columnar reports.
Step 1. Go to Administration menu then click on Configuration option.
Step 2. Then click on Columnar Reports and click on Account registers.
Step 3. Now select the report type as Sale Register then click on Add format create a
new format for adding text in header and footer.
Step 4. Then mention the format name and click on save button to save the format name.
Step 5. Now Expand the sale register report type and select the format you created.
Step 6. Then click on Header button and press ALT+F4 then select a command and
enter the command name as needed and click on save button.
Step 7. Then click on footer button and press ALT+F4 then select the command and
enter the command name as needed and click on save button.
Step 8. Now Go to Dispaly menu and click on Account Books.
Step 9. Then click on Account Register columnar and select sale register.
Step 10. Then click on All saletype button and click on All parties button.
Step 11. Now select the format you created for printing then the header and footer will
be dispalyed as per your configuration.
