If you're not seeing the company in the BUSY,it may be the several reasons:
1:If you have a single user license for BUSY Accounitng software and your company is already open in the backend,and then you try to open BUSY again,you will see 'No company found'.check in task bar then close BUSY,after that re open your BUSY,company will be shown.
2:If you have a multi-user license and you are checking it on a client system,you will need to go to the set data directory and verify the server's path.
3:If the company still isn't showing up, you will need to go to the data folder, open the folder with the company code, and check whether the proper data files are being displayed or not.
4:If the data appears to be correct, it's possible that your database file has been corrupt. In that case, if you have an old backup of the same company, you will need to replace its database file. After doing so, you can open it in the software, and the company should appear.
