Why can't I generate an E-Way bill directly in BUSY without logging into the portal?

If You Want To generate e-way bills Automatically in BUSY Follow These Steps:
 1.Automatic Generation of E-way Bill Option Available in Standard or enterprices Module.
 2.Go to the Administration Select Configuration Then click on Features & options.
 3.Then Click on GST/VAT. Then Click Y on E-Way Bill Required.
 4.Then Click on its Configuration Then Enter Your Place & Pincode.
 5.Then Option Shows For Central/export transaction Amount After Which E-Way Bill is Applicable(B2B/B2C)
 6.If You Want to Generate E-Way Bill After Some Specified Amount Like 50000 Add amount on That Option.
 7.Then Option Shows For Local transaction Amount After Which E-Way Bill is Applicable(B2B/B2C).
 8.If You Want to Generate E-Way Bill After Some Specified Amount Like 100000 Add amount on That Option.
 9.Then Choose The Options Amount on which E-Way Bill is Applicable.
 10.Then read other Option & Press Ok.
 11.Then Click on GSP Configuration & Select Automatically
 12.Then Generate GSP User Id or Password For it Open your Eway Bill Portal on Any Browser & Login Your Id.
 13.Then in Menu Option Click on Registration Then Click on For GSP.
 14.Then Click on Send OTP
 15.Then Enter the OTP You Received on your Registered Number or Email Id.
 16.Then Click on Add/New & Select User As Webtel Electrosoft Private Limited.
 17.Then Enter Any 3 Character.
 18.Then Generate Password & Save the ID.
 19.Then Generate another GSP Id of Pinnacle Finserv Advisors Private Limited.
 20.Then Follow Step 15 & 16.
 21.Then Copy Your Webtel User Id & Enter it on GSP Configuration in BUSY on Webtel User Id Then enter the Password You Generated on Portal & Click on Validate.
 22.Then Copy Your Pinnacle User Id & Enter it on GSP Configuration in BUSY on Pinnacle User Id Then enter the Password You Generated on Portal & Click on Validate & Save the Page.
 23.Then Go to the Administration Select Configuration Then click on Voucher Series Configuration.
 24.Then Select The Voucher Type & Click on the Series Then Click on Voucher Configuration.
 25.Then Press Y on Input Transport Details & Generate E-Way Bill After Saving & save the Page.
