If an error occurs which says Master could not be opened and balance belongs to previous financial year while opening the ledger in BUSY then might be some incomplete entries exist in the last year of that ledger.

The net sales option includes deductions such as discounts and returns, while the sales only option does not. Which one to use depends on whether you want to see the total sales or the net sales after deductions.

You can restrict the trade discount account to only the trade discount ledger by adjusting the account settings and ensuring that it is only linked to that ledger.that means the trade discount account have a seperate ledger account.

If you forgot to enter some entries and made them later, it will impact your monthly totals and reconciliation. The totals will be updated to include the newly entered entries, and you will need to reconcile them accordingly.

Open the Purchase Register then click on custom column, Mention the Format Name and untick the fileds which do not want to show and save it. After that Open the Purchase register with the created custom column Format.

To find the account register and sale register in the account book, go to the display, then select account books, and finally choose account register. In the account register, you will find the option for the sale register.

BUSY does not have a shortcut key to view the item details in the account ledger report. However, you can still see the item details by choosing Y on the Show Item Details option before opening the ledger.

If you are unable to see the expense reporting features in BUSY, you can check account ledger by press CTRL+L in home window of BUSY and select account for expense name then mention date range and press F2.

While exporting ledger it shows single voucher then
1. make sure your select correct date range to view and export report 
2. check in incomplete vouchers from house keeing menu, if have then correct it and re-save voucher again

In BUSY, the Accounting Reports already include the IGST column in Sale / Purchase register. However, you can also add a custom column for the IGST if you want. You can customize the column according to your needs.
