To check account balance of party or customer in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display section and then click on Account Books menu
Step 2: Select the account ledger and then press Account wise option
Step 3: Choose the standard format and then select one account
Step 4: Specify the account name and you can check account balance from its ledger book.
Note - You can press ALT+L shortcut to access ledger book for single account.
From where can I see the sale register in BUSY?
To see the sales register in BUSY, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to display menu and click on account books option.
Step 2: Select account registers (standard) then choose sales register and select all sale type.
Step 3: You can select party's range base on your requirements then enter the date range and set Y or N on the required options.
Step 4: Press ok to open the report and can see.
How to check total tax on sales in BUSY
If you want to see total tax on sales in BUSY, then you can check the sales register by using these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display menu and click on Account Books.
Step 2: Select Account Registers(Standard) and Choose Sales Register.
Step 3: Enter the date range and can view that report. And enable "Show Bifurcation of Amounts?"
Step 4: The report will show you sales data along with the tax columns and total tax amount.

To view the sales amount for each party in BUSY, you can do the following:
Step 1: Go to Display and click on Sales Analysis.
Step 2: Select Party-wise and can choose either Date-wise / Monthly / Quaterly.
Step 3: Enter the period and open the report. This will show you the sales amount for each party.
Furthermore you can also summarize the sales register by party name. Just click on the Summary button or press F5.

To see sale list with customer GST number in BUSY then follow below steps:
Step 1: Go transaction menu and select the voucher type as Sale
Step 2: After that select list option and then screen option
Step 3: Then specify voucher series, date range and make sure to select show party TIN and GST number option as Y then enable disable other function as per requirement and after that choose ok to see list.

To generate sales register in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display menu and click on Account Books.

Step 4: If you want to export that report then use the "Export(ALT+E) option to export it in a compatible file format such as Excel, CSV, PDF & Google Sheet.

Step 1: Go to display menu and then select account books option
Step 2: And then select Account register and select the sales register.
Step 3: And then select date range in the reports option and view the report
Step 4: open the report and and view the report and then click on the date coumn to sort the report .
How to view sales ledger in BUSY?
To view Sales ledger in BUSY then follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to Display menu and then click on Account books option
Step 2: Then select Account ledger option and click on account wise option
Step 3: After that select standard option and then press on one account
Step 4: Now specify account as sales and select date range and other features as per your requirement, after that press Ok and view the report
