To view sales register in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
 Step 1: Go to the Display menu and click on Account Books.
 Step 2: Select Account Registers(Standard) and Choose Sales Register.
 Step 3: You can filter the report by All Parties, Group of Parties, One Party, Selected Parties.
 Step 4: Enter the date range that you want to filter the report by and can view the report.

To enter a purchase amount in BUSY, you can follow these steps: 
1. Open the BUSY software on your computer. 
2. Go to the "Purchaseor "Purchase Entrysection. 
3. Select the vendor or supplier from whom you made the purchase. 
4. Enter the details of the purchase, such as the item name, quantity, and rate.
5. Input the purchase amount in the designated field.
6. Save or submit the purchase entry.

If you want to adjust the column size while printing ledger from BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the desired ledger and click on "Printbutton or press "ALT+P".
Step 2: Select As it is From Grid and double click on the column which size you want to adjust.
Step 3: Enter the size according to you and press Ok.
Step 4: Now, you can print ledger after adjustments.

To view the purchase list for a party or account in BUSY, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to display menu and select account books.
Step 2: Select account registers (standard) the choose purchase register and click on all purchase type.
Step 3: Click on one party option then enter the party name and date range.
Step 4: Press ok to open the report and check.

In BUSY BUSY display menu have the all options to view report it have 
daybook ledger account summary outstanding report sale purchase and other voucher register sale purchase analysis option it has depriciation calculation interest calculation commission calculation in account section 
in inventory section it has stock report option inventory summary report scheme report 
multiple method of stock calculation report like batchwise mrpwise serial number wise etc

To check the detailed Sales report with tax bifuration, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display section then click Account books .
Step 2: Now, Choose the Account registers standard menu then select sales register report.
Step 3: Next, Click on All sales type and all party 
Step 4: Mention the date range , enable for show bifurcation of amount then Press on OK tab and view the report.

You can check multi currency report in BUSY by following below steps:
Step1: Go to Display menu and then click on Account books option 
Step2: Then select Account ledger option and click on account wise option
Step3: After that click on Multi currency option and select particular account, starting date and ending date and select curreny details as per your requirement
Step4: After that press Ok and view the report

Please follow the below step to check sales register in BUSY :
 Step 1: Go to Display and then click on accounts book
 Step 2: Then click on Accounts register standard 
 Step 3: Select sales register 
 Step 4: Click on all sales type and all party in the window that appear after selecting sales register.
 Step 5: Mention the Date range and open the report.

To track debtor/creditor accounts in BUSY, you can go to the account books and then account ledger and select the account ledger for which you want to view report or press ALT plus L key to view ledger of party. You can also view the list of all debtors or creditors from administration menu and then masters and select account from it to view the account list.

You can add optional field in sale analysis party wise and optional field if picked from party master , to dd column follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to display then open the sales analysis party wise report with all party
Step 2: Click on custom column option given in top of report 
Step 3: Mention format name , column name position and select field for optional fields
