To get historical billing statements for a date range that is older than the current financial year,you need to follow :
 Step 1 : Click on display
 Step 2 : Account books
 Step 3 : Account ledger
 Step 4 : Account-wise
 Step 5 : One account or all account 
 Step 6 : While selecting date range select old financial year
 Step 7 : Check ledger

If wrong opening balance of a ledger is broght forward from the last financial year, then you need to follow these steps to fix it:
Step 1: Go to last financial year and open that party master in modify mode and resave it.
Step 2: Then, go to Administration and click on Change Financial Year.
Step 3: Change the financial year with New & Changed Masters and then check.

To Identify where entries are missing for incorrect account balance you have to follow the steps 
1 enable posting in accounts through sales return or purchase return from accounts feature under 
feature option of configuration menu 
2 check the ledger taggingins of bill sundry master properly because wrong tagging of bill sundry 
master can be reason to missmatch in account balance 
3 reconcile the voucher posting

There could be several reasons why BUSY is showing different sales figures when checked multiple times. Some possible reasons include data entry errors, incorrect configurations in the software, or technical issues.
 Step 1: Take Backup.
 Step 2: Go to House - Keeping Menu.
 Step 3: Click on Update Master Balances
 Step 4: And Run update master balances.
 Step 5: Also Check BUSY latest version and Release.

To check your account details like invoice generation date and tax amounts in BUSY, you can view the transactions date-wise. This will show you the detailed tax amounts and invoice generation dates for each transaction. also you can generate list of vouchers or sales register or purchase register if any issue in invoice date or tax amounts you can modify voucher update information and save voucher.

If while opening report you are seeing incorrect spellings or incorrect data, you can follow below steps:
Step 1: Take a latest backup of the data.
Step 2: Then go to administration menu and select masters option.
Step 3: Then select relevant master to modify the spellings mistake.
Step 4: For updating the data of the report, Go to housekeeping menu. 
Step 5: Then click on update master balance option.

Bifurcation of Local and Interstate Purchase can be checked in Purchase Register Report in BUSY.
To Check the bifuraction of Local and Insterstate Purchase in Purchase Register follow below Steps.
Step 1: Click on Display
Step 2: Click on Account Books
Step 3: Select Account Registers (Standard) / Account Registers (Columnar)
Step 4: Click on Purchase Register
Step 5: Select All Purchase Type
Step 6: Click on All Party
Step 7: Click on OK(F2)

If you want to print parties ledger with index in BUSY, you should follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to print/email/sms tab.
Step 2: Select account books then select account ledger and click on account wise.
Step 3: Choose standard format and accounts range as required then press ok.
Step 4: Enter the date range and set Y on print ledger index option then can print.

Yes, you can access individual account entries for specific years:
Step 1: Go to display option and click on account books
Step 2: Now select account ledger then account wise
Step 3: Select standard option then click on one account 
Step 4: Now select account name and date range of desired financial year then open report
Note: You can also open single account ledger report by sortcut Control/Alt + L

Yes, you can apply filter in report by using these steps:
Step 1: Open the desired report and click on filter button available in the top or press F7.
Step 2: You can select either single filter or mutiple filter then choose filter on field on which column you want to apply it.
Step 3: Sepecify the operator and value based on your requirements then click on filter button.
