Find Solutions to Common Issues Related to accounting-reports - account summary
When some transaction are not showing in the reports,then pls check the below steps :
Step 1: Make sure that the accounts which is used the in the voucher is properly tag in the correct account group. As according to the account group, its shows in the reports.
Step 2: Open that transaction and resave it as sometimes get refresh and shows in the reports.
Step 4: Check the approval rights, if voucher is unapproved then will not reflect it.
Step 3: If the voucher entries are correct but still showing then after data backup, run the dual voucher option from housekeeping.
To update payment & receipt date not showing in BUSY. first you need to check payment and receipt voucher date. To generate Payment & Receipt Register follow the following steps:
Step 1: Go to Display Menu
Step 2: Click on Account Register option
Step 3: Under Account Register option click on Choose Payment Register or Receipt Register Report option.
Step 4: For example, selected Payment Register.
Step 5: In the Payment Register window, choose the date range and other required options.
Step 6: click on ok to generate report
Step 7: After generating the Payment Register report, on the screen, the first column will display the payment date.
You can generate sales report on quarterly or date range based, please follow the given steps
Step 1 Go on display menu
Step 2 Click on account book
Step 3 Click on account register standard
Step 4 Click on sale register and during open the report mention here date range
If you want to generate sales analysis on quarterly basis, please follow the given steps
Step 1 Go on display menu
Step 2 Click on sales analysis
Step 3 Select here on which basis you need to generate report
Step 4 Click on Standard quarterly and open the report
Yes you can generate consolidated reports group wise - follow the following Steps: Step 1: Go to Display Menu and click on Account Summary option
Step 2: Under Consolidated Summary: click on account Group-wise report option
Step 3: Select All Groups to check the consolidated summary or choose Group of Groups for a specific selection.
step 4: For Example: Choose Group of Group option.
step 5: A pop-up window will appear; select the group name you want to generate a consolidated summary for, such as the sale group.
Step 6: Select date range and other required option.
Step 7: Click On OK.
To view cash, UPI, and bank receipts together in one report follow the following Steps:
Step 1: Go to Display Menu
Step 2: Click on Account Summary option
Step 3: Under Account Summary option click on Settlement Summary Report
Step 4: Select Settlement Summary to be generated choose series -wise or user- wise.
Step 5: For exmaple selected Series-wise.
Step 6: An on window of of Settlement summary select required option with date range.
Step 7: Click OK to generate the report.
Step 8: View the report displaying Total Bills, Total Bill Amount, CASH, UPI, Amount, Dr. To party.
If value is showing incorrect the sales and purchase register. Make sure the below steps :
Step 1: Make sure that you have properly configured the sale /purc type and GST bill sundry which is applied in the voucher.
Step 2: Check the other bill sundry configurations for the cost of goods and accounting for sale and puchase.
Step 3: If you have applied any discount at item level then check the cost of goods and accounting for sale and puchase option from discount structure you have selected under voucher series configuration.
To view comparative sales reports in BUSY. you can generate sales Analysis party-wise or item wise with option of Standard- Monthly. Also you can generate comparative sales reports by.
Step 1: Go to Display Menu
Step 2: Click on Account Summary option.
Step 3: Click on Monthly Summary option.
Step 4: choose vertical or horizontal option.
Step 5: Select Monthly Summary for Account and select one account option
Step 6: Select Account Name As sales or as you required. and select compare values with last year (1 Year)
Step 7: Select Month Range and click on OK.
If you want to print purchase summary in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display and click on Account Summary.
Step 2: Choose Monthly Summary and select either Vertical or Horizontal, depending on how you want to see the data.
Step 3: Choose One Account or Group of Accounts and enter the Purchase account.
Step 4: Specify the starting and ending month and view the report. This will show you the purchase summary for each month.
Step 5: Now click on the Print button or press ALT+P to print the report.
There is no downloading option is available in the BUSY software. From BUSY, we can export it report from Display menu.Here we can check any report related to financial, accounting and inventory with multiple filteration option.
Pls follow the below steps :
Step 1: Go to the Display menu
Step 2: Open the required reports with the date range or monthly
Step 3: Click on export option then can export it in the formats which are Excel, Google Sheet, CSV,PDF,HTML, Text File Delimited and Fixed Width.
To open the charts of accounts and templates pre loaded in BUSY you need to follow the steps
1 go to display menu and click on account Books where you will get account ledger option
cash or bank book option multiple account register option party day book and account activity
report option
2 Click on account summary to get the following report or templates
daily balance daily summary monthly summary consolidated summary minimum or maximum ledger
balance pdc details settlement summary report account ledger comparison etc
