To add mailing address to the reports you need the admin access if the admin 
restrict your user ID for sending mails
you need to follow the steps to active mailing access
1 open company with admin ID
2 go to administration and click on user then select your user id and modify
3 then enable allow email of reporting and save
4 then open company with your user ID and add mailing address to the reports

What is the group of accounts and how do I use it?

When you check Bills Receivable and Bills Payable reports in BUSY, there is an option of Group of Accounts, which means you want to see outstanding of a particular account group. To use it follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display menu then go to Outstanding Analysis.
Step 2: Select either Bills Receivable or Bills Payable as required.
Step 3: Next, you can select Group of Account option and then enter the date range and generate the report.

How do I use the auto-adjust feature in the Reference Management utilities?

To use Auto Adjust References utlity in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration then click on Utilities.
Step 2: Select Reference Management and click on Auto Adjust References.
Step 3: Select Bill wise References and can select either All Accounts, Group of Accounts or One Account.
Step 4: Press Ok to run the process. This will auto create and adjust reference on FIFO basis.
Note: Take backup of your data before running this process.

How do I create inventory items and set up pricing in BUSY

To add a new group for a brand in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
1. Open the BUSY.
2. Go to the Mastersmenu and select Item from the dropdown.
3. Click on the Newbutton to create a new item .
4. Enter the name of the Item and select the brand for which you want to create the Item.
5. Save the changes.
By following these steps, you will be able to add a new for a brand in BUSY.

How do I track accounts receivables in BUSY?

In BUSY you can track the amount receivable of your customers by using these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and select the company you want to work with. Then, go to the Display tab and click on Outstanding Analysis.
Step 2: Choose the "Amount Receivable". You can filter the report by All Accounts, Group of Accounts or Selected Accounts.
Step 3: Enter the end date for tracking the outstanding amount and open the report.

How is the outstanding calculated for a customer in BUSY? Is it based on bill date or due date?

I am unable to enable the payment reminder option in Outstanding Analysis. How can I activate this feature?

There is no option to enable the payment reminder as its show default in the outstanding analysis under print/email/sms menu.
Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Click on Print/ Email/SMS
Step 2: Then Outstanding Analysis
Step 3: Then Payment Reminder
Step 4: Select the payment reminder type for balance only or due and pending bills then select the party and click on preview before sending to the customer.

How can I check the payment received along with the adjusted invoice in BUSY?

To check the payment received along with adjusted invoice in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display section then click on outstanding analysis report.
Step 2: Click on bill receivable then select one account option.
Step 3: Specify account, select all including clear in type of entries to be considered and set Y for show bills adjustment details.
Step 4: After open the report, You can check the payment received data which is adjusted with sales invoice.

Can I generate aging reports for accounts receivable and accounts payable in BUSY?

You can check ageing report in BUSY on the basis of accounts and invetory.

Step 1 Open your company and go to Display
Step 2 Go to outstanding analysis
Step 3 Select ageing receivables and then select account and date range and check ageing report for parties
Step 4 For ageing payables,under outstanding analysis,select ageing payables and then select account and date range and check ageing report for parties
