To view the report of ageing payable report follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to display option and then select account books option.
Step 2: Then select outstanding analysis report after that select account name and then mention date range for which you want to open the report. 

To generate ageing reports in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display menu then go to Outstanding Analysis.
Step 2: Select either Ageing Receivables or Ageing Payables as required.
Step 3: Enter the date range and enable the required parameters then can open the report.

In BUSY, the account summary option can typically be found in the Displaysection of the software. In the Accounts Register can found account summary report . Please refer to the software's user manual or contact BUSY's customer support for specific instructions on locating the account summary option.

To see the history of a bill reference no. in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1:Open the Query System from the Display menu or press ALT+Q.
Step 2:Choose the Query on Bill Reference option.
Step 3:Enter the bill reference no. that you want to check and press OK.

 Step 1 Go on Print email sms menu
 Step 2 Click on outstanding reports
 Step 3 Click on Statement of accounts
 Step 4 From here you can open the statement of account

To check sale for last quater wise, follow these steps :
Step 1 : Click on display
Step 2 : Then sales analysis
Step 3 : Select item wise or party wise as want
Step 4 : Select Standard - quaterly
Step 5 : Select last month quater and check report.

You can send payment reminder from BUSY on mail manually from print/email/sms then click on outsanding analysis then click on payment reminder then you can share
For automatic you caontact to your Dealer if dealer have any addon for auto reminder service then you can purchase accordingly.

If you have made payments but your outstanding amount is still high, it could be due to missed payment entries in the system. It is important to ensure that all payments are accurately recorded in the system to reflect the correct outstanding amount in BUSY.

In BUSY, there are several accounts receivable reports available. Some of these reports include the Accounts Receivable Aging Report, Customer Ledger Report, Outstanding Invoices Report, and Sales Register Report. These reports provide information on the outstanding amounts owed by customers, payment history, and sales transactions.

The invoices are showing in the ageing report slabs on the basis of how old they are and from how many days they are due. So if you want to change the slab then you need to modify them and change the due date.
