Step 1: Go to Display menu 
Step 2: click on Outstanding analysis report 
Step 3: Here you are check Bill Receivable and Bills Payabel outstanding ledgers

To make voucher numbers autofill in BUSY, you can go to Administration then Configuration then Voucher Series Configuration. From there, you can set the voucher numbering to automatic and it will autofill the voucher numbers for you.

BUSY handles accounts receivable and payable through the reference while generating 
sale or purchase voucher and adjusting reference while receipt or payment 
after adjusting the received and payment the remaining balalnce shows as receivable 
or payable amount

Yes, in BUSY, you can find the monthly salary register, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to display then sale anaylsis
Step 2 : Party wise or item wise and select standard- monthly report.

If reports shows a bill paid but you didn't paid yet then may in the payment voucher you have adjusted wrong bill reference number. So you need review that payment voucher and correct it if required.

For checking how much each vendor owes from you and you owes from each vendor there are many reports in Display Tab such as Outstandaing analysis reports Amount Receivable, Amount Payable, Bills receivable, Bills Payable, etc

To get a report with both agent-wise receivable and due dates, you can add a custom column of Salesman/Agent name in the Bills Receivable reports and in Receivables report already has a Due Days column.

To ensure that old bills are properly adjusted after enabling/using the Auto Adjust Reference feature, check the Bills Receivable and Payable report with show Adjustment Details from the Display menu under the outstanding analysis report.
