Yes, you can check bills payable report of outstanding analysis report from display. This report provide you bill wise outstanding amount of your vendors. 
Note: make sure you are maintaining bill by bill feature properly.

If you enter sale transaction and it is not showing in list that means your sale voucher not approved by authorized user , so can open sale list report by enable show unapproved voucher option.

To reorder and prioritize supplier accounts displayed in BUSY, go to the Display option and select the Outstanding Analysis. From there, you can sort the accounts by various criteria such as balance, name, or group.

You can generate Bills Receivable / Payable reports in BUSY for selected account by choosing the option of Select Account during report opening and you need to select the account manually after load data.

If one voucher is not seeing in sale report, check:
 Step 1 : CHeck voucher type
 Step 2 : CHeck date range 
 Step 3 : CHeck user rights
 Step 4 : Check approval

Advance receipt may appear in the pending section because it's reference has not been fully adjusted or used yet for the service or goods for which the advance receipt was received in outstanding analysis.

To generate Statements of Account in BUSY, Follow these steps : 
 Step 1: Go to Print/Email/Sms menu. 
 Step 2: Then click on Outstanding Analysis. 
 Step 3: Then select Statement of Accounts.

To check GST number in the ageing report you need to add custom column for the same as default there is no option. And you can not see the GST rates in that report.

Yes, you can search a bill references in BUSY even it is created in any of the financial year of company. But make sure the financial is not splited and references not carry forwarded.

Yes, if you change or edit the order or invoice, it will be reflected in the statement. As you change the value of the invoice, the figure in the statement will also be altered.
