Can I track user activity and mistakes made in the software, such as deleted vouchers?

To track user activities in BUSY, you can use user activity log feature by using these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to administration menu and click on configuration sub menu.
Step 2: Select features and options and click on general tab.
Step 3: Set Y on enable user activity log option and save.
Step 4: To view the report for the same go to display menu then click on check list.
Step 5: Select user activity log then select user and date range then check the report.
To track the mistakes made in the software, such as deleted vouchers, you can use audit trail feature. If your gst number belongs to company then its already enabled.
To manually enable this feature, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to administration menu and click on configuration sub menu.
Step 2: Select features and options and click on general tab.
Step 3: Set Y on maintain audit trail and can also enable maintain detailed audit trail.
Step 4: To view the report for the same go to display menu then click on check list.
Step 5: Select audit trail then select summary and select user then tick on deleted.
Step 6: Press ok to open the report and can view the deleted data.
