Step 2: Select Bulk Updations and click on Multiple Item Creation / Modification.
Step 3: Click on Modify Existing Masters and select then Key field as Name or Alias.
Step 4: Here, click on Select Fields and choose the required field which you want to update
Step 5: Now, Load Master and update the changes in the relevant column then save.
Note: Take backup of your data before making any changes.
Can I modify accounts and categories through bulk updation in BUSY?
Yes, you can modify accounts and categories through bulk updation in BUSY by follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Administration menu and click on Bulk Updation sub menu.
Step 2: Select Multiple Account Creation and Modification then tick on Modify Existing master and choose the Key Field as Name.
Step 3: Click on Select Fields button and select the Account Category field then save.
Step 4: Click on Load Master master then select accounts as per the requirements and update the account category for accounts in relevant column then save.
The auto-generated sale invoice is showing incorrect MRP values for some items. How can I update the MRP values properly?

1:Resolution Steps:Configure Item Pricing Mode:Navigate to Administration, then select Configuration.
Ensure that the item pricing mode in vouchers is set as treat MRP as sale price.
2:Excel Import:If generating a sale invoice through Excel import, ensure the correct MRP values are entered in the MRP column of the Excel file.
3:Auto-Creation from Order/Challan:If using auto creation of invoices from orders or challans, confirm that the MRP values are correctly entered in the challan or order.
Is it possible to merge the old and new account? If so, how can it be done?
Yes, it is possible to merge old and new accounts in BUSY, To know how to do this, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Administration menu.
Step 2: Click on Bulk Updations then click on Merge Masters and select Accounts.
Step 3: Select the Source and Target master and set Y on option available Delete Source Account After Merging Data if you want to delete the source account.
Step 4: Click on Ok to proceed and check after complete it.
Note: Take backup of your data before doing this process.

Step 1: Take the latest backup of your data.
Step 2: Go to administration section then click on Bulk updation menu
Step 3: Select Multiple item creation and modification then tick on modify existing master and select Name or Alias in key field.
Step 4: Click on select fields and select the required field along with item minimum level quantity field then click on save.
Step 5: Now, Load the master and update the details and save the details.

To update the account alias in bulk, you need to follow these steps: (Make sure to take backup of your data before making any changes).
Step 1: Go to Administration menu and click on Bulk Updations.
Step 2: Select Multiple Account Creation / Modification and click on Modify Existing Master.
Step 3: Choose Name in the Key Field and click on Load Master.
Step 4: After master appearing in the table you can enter the master alias and save changes.

Step 1: Take backup of your data.
Step 2: Open your company then go to administration menu.
Step 3: Select bulk updations and click on update item tax category or HSN Code.
Step 4: Tick on HSN Code and can select All Items.
Step 5: Set Y on filter on HSN code and specify the 4 digit HSN code and Specify the 6 digit HSN code in new HSN code field then save.
I am unable to generate dual vouchers in BUSY. How can I resolve this?

Step 1: The regeneration process may take some time, especially if there's a large amount of data to process.
Step 2: Ensure that your computer or server has sufficient system resources (CPU, RAM, disk space) available.
Step 3: Try restarting the BUSY software.
