Step 1: Open your company then go to Administration menu.
Step 2: Click on Bulk Updations then click on Merge Masters and select Accounts.
Step 3: Select the Source and Target master and set Y on option available Delete Source Account After Merging Data.
Step 4: Click on Ok to proceed and check after complete it.
Note: Take backup of your data before doing this process.

To merge two items in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:

Step 3: Select Multiple item creation and modification then tick on modify existing master and select Name or Alias in key field.
Step 4: Click on select fields and select the required field then click on save.
Step 5: Now, Load the master and update the details and save the details.

To merge two account in BUSY and delete the source accout from data, follow these steps:

You will need to update the correct HSN codes in your all items in bulk.
Please follow the below steps:
1: Go to administration menu
2: Click on configuration
3: Click on Bulk Updation and then press enter on multiple item creation/modification
4: Click on modify and select key field name and then click on select fields
5: Select HSN_Code field and save & load items and then update correct hsn code and save it

To update the account names through Bulk Updation, follow below steps:To capitalize the account name using the Bulk Updation option, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Navigate to the Administration menu and click on Bulk Updations.
Step 2: Choose Multiple Account Creation/Modification.
Step 3: Select Modify Existing Master and choose the fields 'Account Name' and 'Alias.'
Step 4: Set the Key Field as Alias and then click on Load Master.
Step 5: Capitalize the account name and save the changes.

To delete an account with transferring the bills to another account, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Take backup of your company.
Step 2: Open your company then go to Administration menu.
Step 3: Click on Bulk Updations then click on Merge Masters and select Accounts.
Step 4: Select the Source and Target Account and set Y on option Delete Source Account After Merging Data.

To delete unused items in the bulkfrom BUSY then you need to follow below steps:
Step 1 Take the latest backup before any process
Step 1: Go to the administration and then click on bulk Updations option
Step 2: Now click on Delete unused masters and select the type of item that you want to delete
Step 3: Now if you want to delete item with unwanted balance then you can enable it and then click on OK options.

To delete unused masters in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Administration menu.
Step 2: Select Bulk Updations and click on Delete Unused Masters.
Step 3: Choose the Master Type such as Account, Items or Material Centre.
Step 4: You can select either All or Group and press OK to proceed.
Note: Take backup of your data before doing this. And there is no provision to delete unused groups in bulk.
