For Deleing the company in BUSY software you have two options any of these options you 
can use that is given below:-
Option1: Open the BUSY then click on Delete company option under company menu then 
select the company of which you want to delete then define super user Id and password
and click on complete company option.
Option2: Another way is go manually in folder where your data base been saving and 
delete them from there by using Delete key it'll automatically remove from company list.

To change the data directory for a particular company in BUSY Accounting software,
Step 1: Go to Set Data Directory option
Step 2: Then go to the data folder mentioned there 
Step 3: Copy the folder of the particular company code 
Step 4: Now paste the data on desired path 
Step 5: No go to BUSY set data directory option and select the new data directory path and save it
Step 6: The data for that particular company will now be accessed from the new directory path.

To enter Vehicle Number you need to follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administratio and then click on Configuration.
Step 2: Now click on Voucher series and configuration and select voucher type.
Step 3: Now click on voucher series and then click on Voucher configuration option.
Step 4: Now Enable the Input Transport Details option and save the configuration.
Step 5: Now open your voucher and during the saving transport window will be prompted.
Step 6; Now enter the Vehicle Number in Transport window and save the voucher.

You can split your financial year data in to separate company in BUSY
 Please folow the give steps
 Step 1 Open BUSY software, do not open company
 Step 2 Take back of data
 Step 3 Click on split financial year and select the company you want to split
 Step 4 Mention username and password and select financial year you want to spilt
 Step 5 Do split and chek
 Step 6 After split the financial year, it will create new company for that financial year

If you want to copy master data and configuration setting from 
existing company to a new company then please follow the given 
steps 
Step 1: Open BUSY then create company then enter the desired
 details.
Step 2: Then look at the bottom there are four option are given
 out of which you need to select copy master and config.
 then select company button will get active click on it.
Step 3: Then select company from which you want to copy master
 and config then save.

Yes, the GST feature can be enabled for a new company, you can enable gst feature at the time of company creation and if the company is already created then can enable it from the GST/VAT option.
To enable gst feature in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on configuration.
Step 2: Click on Feature/option and select GST/VAT tab.
Step 3: Enable GST/VAT reporting and enter GSTIN and then save the changes.
Note: Take backup of your data before making any changes.

Steps to copy configuration of existing company in new company. 
 Step 1: Go to company menu and then select create company option from it.
 Step 2: Mention the relevant information in it.
 Step 3:Then navigate to the option of copy master, configuration, users from existing company and select the copy configuration option from it.
 Step 4: Then select the company from which configuration need to be copied and mention the user credentials in it.
 Step 5: Lastly click on save button.

To create another company with same master and configuration as existing company in BUSY, follow below steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY software and go to company menu.
Step 2: Select create company then specify details such as the company name, financial year, company address, Gst details.
Step 3: Now select copy master and configuration then click on select company
Step 4: After that choose existing company name and provide company user name password if required 
Step 5: Now click on save option to create new company 

To create another company with same master and configuration as existing company in BUSY, follow below steps:
