There is no provision for continuation of old address and considering the new address as new in between the years. You can change address in company , follow the steps:
Step 1: Go to Company Menu and click on Edit company option.
Step 2: Now enter new address in field and save the changes.
Step 3: Now one prompt will come for change in standard format so you need to click on Yes option.If it is design Format then change in advance format.

To update your GST details in the BUSY, you can follow these steps: Step 1:Go to Administration Menu. 
 Step 2:Click on Configuration. 
 Step 3:Navigate to Features / Options Menu. 
 Step 4:Select GST / VAT Menu. 
 Step 5:In the GST / VAT window, find the option for GST details. 
 Step 6:Enter your GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number). 
 Step 7:Click on Save. 
 Step 8:Check your settings to ensure they have been saved successfully.

While creating new company in BUSY if you want to copy masters and configuration from existing company, follow the steps given below:-
Step 1 : Open BUSY
Step 2 : Enter on Create Company 
Step 3 : Specify the Details 
Step 4 : At the bottom select the option - Copy Masters and Confi. After clicking on Copy Master and Confi. option, Select Company button appears in the front. Click on this Select Company button and select the source company, then Save

To delete company from BUSY, follow the step below:
Step 1: Take the backup of your company
Step 2: Click on Company menu and submenu delete company single financial year
Step 3: Then select the company which you want to delete and mention the company admin username and password if required
Step 4: Now choose the complete company option an then click on yes to delete permanently
Step 5: After that you will receive a confirmation of deleting specific financial year then click on ok.

If you are creating new company with the option of copy masters and config from exist
 company and data is not saving properly then please follow the given steps
 Step 1: Make sure you have select right company to copy master and configure.
 Step 2: Make sure you are checking correct information with source company.
 Step 3: Still have error then please do re index in the source company from house keeping 
 menu then re create company.

To edit and update company information,follow these steps
 Step 1 Open your company and then go to company option
 Step 2 Select edit company
 Step 3 Now company information to moadify will be shown
 Step 4 Now you can change company information as per need but in existing company you can not change financial year date as it is entred when new company is created
 Step 5 Now save the changes and proceed
 Note:Must take backup before any changes

Yes, you can create a new company with a master of an existing company in BUSY.
To create a new company with a master of an existing company in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the BUSY then click on company menu.
Step 2: Select create company then specify the company name, financial year, company address, Gst details.
Step 3: Now, select copy master and configuration then click on select company and choose existing company name.
Step 4: Now, click on save option.

To enable GST feature for specific company, follow these steps:
Step 1: Login the particular company in which you want to enbale GST feature.
Step 2: Go to Administration then click on Configuration menu
Step 3: Choose the Features/option then select GST/VAT tab
Step 4: Enable GST/VAT reporting, specify GST in the type, update the type of dealer field, specify the GSTIN of the company, and fill in other related details.
Step 5: Save the configuration. Your company is now ready with GST facilities.

To set up BUSY for your business, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Administration.
Step 2: Select Configuration and click on Features / Options.
Step 3: Press CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+T on your keyboard, then a window will appear of Trade Specific Default Configuration.
Step 4: Select your Trade Type and save. The related feature will be enabled automatically you just need to configure it as per your requirements.
Note: Take backup of your data before making any changes.

If you want to register multiple businesses or farms under one account
then please follow the given steps
Step 1: Go to administration menu then configuration then features option
Step 2: Then account then enable the option of maintain sub ledger
Step 3: Then Go to administration then master then account then add 
Step 4: Then you can see a new option of ledger type select it on sub ledger
 then select account that one account under which you want to tag it.
