For switching company first closing existing open company. Go to company Tab then Open Company, Select relevant company which you wants to switch 
For Migration of data completely from one company to another take backup of data from one company and overwrite that backuped data to another company

To delete a company in BUSY follow below steps:
Step1: Open BUSY software and go to company menu.
Step2: Then click on delete company single financial year option and select particuclar company then specify username and password if required.
Step3: After that select complete company option and press yes, after completing the process, you can check the deleted company has been removed from the list of company.

To change your company name in BUSY then follow the given steps :
Step 1: Open BUSY software 
Step 2: Then go to company menu 
Step 3: Then Select company and open it with login user name and password 
Step 4: Then Go to company menu 
Step 5: Then click on edit company option 
Step 6: Then change company name and click on save button

To add your business or company details in BUSY software can follow the steps: 
 Step 1 : Open BUSY Software then Open company with super user. 
 Step 2 : Go to company menu 
 Step 3 : Edit company then click 
 Step 4 : Then you can mention your business or company details. 
 Step 5 : Then save the details.

Yes, their is a option for copying masters from existing company to new company follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to company menu then select create company option.
Step 2: Then navigate to the bottom left corner and use the feature named as copy masters, configuration and users from the existing company.
Step 3: Then select the company from which you want to copy the masters.

To mention gst number in the company if GSTIN doest not visible in BUSY following below steps:
Step1: Go to Administration menu and click on configuration submenu.
Step2: Then click on feature and option and select GST and VAT feature.
Step3: Here you are mention company gst number in the required field of GSTIN shown in the left side of the screen and sava the changes.

To create a new company with a specific name in BUSY, follow these steps: 
Step 1: Open the BUSY then click on company menu
Step 2: select create new company then sepcify the company name, print name and financial year.
Step 3: Update the company related details and click on save.
Step 4: Enable the user authentication option and specify the username and password for company. 

To change type of dealer from regular to Composition in a new company follow these mentioned steps: 
Step 1: Go to Administration menu and then submenu configuration and then select features and options 
Step 2: After that select GST VAT and change type of dealer from regular to Composition then select save option to save the configuration
Step 3: Now reopen company and check.

If the size of your data is getting very big in BUSY Accounting software, you can split financial year :
Step 1: Go to split financial year 
Step 2: Select the company mention user name password
Step 3: Select financial year then click on ok
If you do no want to split financial it is recommended to switch from access to SQL to improve the performance. 

Yes, the user accounts can be copied to the new company in BUSY by following below steps:
Step 1: Go to company menu then select create company option.
Step 2: Then navigate to the bottom left corner and use the feature named as copy masters, configuration and users from the existing company.
