If you want to close or switch between multiple companies then please 
follow the given steps
Step 1: Go to company menu then select close company.
Step 2: Then click on open company to open another company.
Step 3: If you want to open multiple companies simultaneously you need
 to open multiple BUSY tabs for each company.
Step 4: Then you can switch between multiple companies using alt +tab

To Configure GST in BUSY, for generate GST invoice, follow these steps : 
 Step 1: Create Company with and enable GST. 
 Step 2: If you have already created company then Follow these steps : 
 1: Go to Administration menu. 
 2: Then click on Configuration. 
 3: Then select Features and Options. 
 4: Select GST/VAT option. 
 5: Enable GST/VAT reporting.

To add and manage multiple companies in BUSY 
Step 1: Company menu 
Step 2: "Create a company." 
Step 3: Enter all the necessary details about the company. 
Step 4:Save 
Step 5: After that, select the desired company in list to Open."
Step 6: "Close company" to close the company
Each company will have a separate set of data, and the company will create separate identification codes.[e.g. COMP0001]

To delete a company in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY then click on delete company or single financial year option under the company menu.
Step 2: Select the company which you want to delete and enter the admin username and password.
Step 3: Select the complete company option and click on yes to proceed. Once a company deleted can not be recovered.

In BUSY, to split financial year from company, Follow the steps given below:-
Step 1 : Open BUSY 
Step 2 : Press Enter on Split Financial Year 
Step 3 : Select the Company
Step 4 : Select the First or Last Financial Year 
Step 5 : Click on Split option 
Step 6 : Go to Open Company and check the Financial Year is splited from the company

Yes, you can change the default folder for your company data in BUSY Accounting Software. To do this, you have to set the data path in the Set Data Directory option, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the BUSY then click on company menu.
Step 2: Select set data directory option and choose the new location where you want to store your data and click OK.

Yes, their is a option for copying masters from existing company to new company by following below steps:
Step 1: Go to company menu then select create company option.
Step 2: Then navigate to the bottom left corner and use the feature named as copy masters, configuration and users from the existing company.
Step 3: Then select the company from which you want to copy the masters.

To find out the hard disk number for your system in BUSY Accounting software, you can go to the License Management section under the Company menu and select the Softlock Registration option. From there, you can choose to bind with the hard disk, machine ID, ip address or you can go to housekeeping menu and then click on get hard disk serial no option.

If the Company name changed it will affect on the previous and current invoices and ledger. To apper new company name you need to create a new new company,please follow below steps:
Step 1:Open BUSY and go to coompany menu and then click on the create company option
Step 2:Create a new company with new print name .and add all other relavant details and save it
