If you want to add or update phone number in the company please follow these steps:
 Step 1: Open your company in BUSY software
 Step 2: Then click on company menu
 Step 3: Then click on edit company option
 Step 4: Then click specify the phone number and save the configuration

To check if all the company details have been saved correctly in BUSY Accounting software, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the company in BUSY Accounting Software.
Step 2: Click on Company Menu and then select Edit Company. 
Step 3: Check all the company details such as company name, address, telephone number etc.

To check which folder is selected to store your company data in BUSY Accounting software, you need to check the data path in BUSY, follow these steps to check the data path:
Step 1: Open the BUSY then click on company menu.
Step 2: Select set data directory and check the data path.

To preview the changes made on the invoice before finalizing it in BUSY Accounting software, you can go to the Printing Utilities menu and select the type of document you want to print. Then, configure the printing settings as needed and preview the document to ensure that it appears as expected.

For give access to accountatnt to view data please follow below steps to create new user for provide access:- 
Step 1:- Administration Tab, 
Step 2:- Users
Step 3:- Add, Can ristrict rights for edit or delete in users configration
After create user in data give users credentials to your accountant for view data

The company names are not getting automatically changed further To update the Company Name in the BUSY below are the steps to follow:-
Step 1: Open the company then Go to the Company menu and click on Edit company option.
Step 2: Then Update the Company name from there and save the changes.

Follow below steps to correct the Error about invalid supplier from GST number: 
 Step 1: Go in administration. 
 Step 2: Select configuration and click on feature/Options. 
 Step 3: Then go in GST/VAT. 
 Step 4: Mention your company GSTIN correctly. 
 Step 5: Save the configuration and proceed.

To open the company with  GST and showing demo mode  ,please follow below steps : 
Step 1: Without license BUSY show on demo mode . 
Step 2 : On the Demo mode you can not access the company data.
Step 3: Buy BUSY latest version and configure BUSY GST . 

If you want to modify or correct your company state in BUSY please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu
Step 2: Then click on configuration 
Step 3: Then click on features and option button
Step 4: Then click on regional setting
Step 5: Then you can change the state of your company
