To delete company from BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Take a latest backup of the data.
Step 2: Go to company menu and select delete company option.
Step 3: Then select the company from the list of companies option.
Step 4: Then it would ask you do you want to delete company click on Yes option.

If your system is hanging while trying to create a new company in BUSY, you can try the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. Close any unnecessary programs or applications running in the background to free up system resources.
2. Reopen BUSY Accounting software.
3. If the issue persists, then try restarting your system.

If you are unable to add GST details or GSTIN of company in BUSY, follow these steps:
 Step 1: Go to administration then click on configuration tab
 Step 2: Select the features and option menu then choose GST/VAT tab
 Step 3: Mention the GSTIN of the company and save the configuration .

If you are getting an error message in BUSY Accounting software saying that the company name already exists, it means that there is already a company with the same name in the software. You will have to mention a different name for new company as you cannot create company with same name.

Yes, you can modify your company's GST number in BUSY by using these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to administration menu and click on configuration sub menu.
Step 2: Select features and options and click on gst or vat tab.
Step 3: Update your gst number in the GSTIN field then save.

If correct the company name you can follow some steps: 
Step 1: Go to Company Menu and click on Edit company option.
Step 2: Now modify company name in field and save the changes.
Step 3: Now one prompt will come for change in standard format so you need to click on Yes option.

To change the state after the company creation process in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration menu then select configuration option.
Step 2: Click on Feature/Options and then choose Regional Settings.
Step 3: From the drop down list, select the desired state of the company, and then save the changes.

To enter your GST number in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company in BUSY, then go to Administration and click on configuration.
Step 2: Select Features / Options and click on GST / VAT.
Step 3: Here, you can enter your GST number in the GSTIN field and save changes.

A window appears to select the financial year you want to split from the existing company, hence, select the financial year you want to split and if you want to remove that financial year from the existing company So tick after spliting delete above the financial year from the source company.
