To add multiple business or GST numbers in BUSY, you need to create seperate company for each business or GST number. To create company go to Create Company tab and enter all the necessary details such as Name, Address, Financial year, GSTIN, etc and save.

For manage multiple GSTIN in BUSY you need to ensure that your bls service would be activated then you can add party masters from account option under the administration menu & mentione his name & GSTIN no also you can validate this GSTIN no .

There could be several reasons why company is not visible in the company list in BUSY:.
Step 1: Incorrect data directory specified in set data directory option
Step 2: Or the company being already open in single user license
Step 3: It could be due to data corruption.

To update address in a new company in BUSY follow below steps:
Step1: Open company in BUSY software and then go to company menu.
Step2: Then click on edit company, here you are update address of the company and save the changes by click on save option.

for Delete Company Process in BUSY Software 
Step:1 Click On BUSY Shortcut on desktop
Step:2 Go to Company Menu then Delete Company Single F.Y
Step:3 Select the Company Which you want to delete Select Complete Company and feed user name and password then click on ok

To add your GSTIN number in BUSY company follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then select configuration option.
Step 2: Then under configuration select feature/options and then click on GST/VAT button.
Step 3: Then under GST/VAT option mention the GSTIN in the given field.

If you wants to specify Multiple GSTIN for account ledger then you can specify it into 
 Account alias option but if you want to specify it for you company then 
 you can use the Multi Branch option which is an Enterprise feature
