To enter your company telephone number in BUSY, follow below step:
Step 1: Open company and go to company menu and select edit company option
Step 2: Then enter company tele phone number in tele phone number field and select save option to save the changes.

After saving your company details in BUSY Accounting software, you can proceed with adding master such as account and item under the administration tab. After adding account and item master then you can add transactions such as purchase, sale, sale return, purchase return etc.

To fix the data directory mismatch follow these steps:
Step 1: Check data directory in main server and match with client server.
Step 2: Untick Abover information for current session only ok.
Step 3: Close both BUSY and restart BUSY in main server then client server.

To modify or update the company GSTIN, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration then click on Configuration menu.
Step 2: Select features and option then click on GST/VAT tab
Step 3: Update the GST number of company in GSTIN field and save the configuration.

To change the default GST billing period from monthly to quarterly or vice versa in BUSY, go to Feature and Options, select GST and VAT, and check the return frequency. Then, select the desired billing period (monthly or quarterly) and save the changes.

To change the company name you need to follow some steps:
Step 1: Take backup of your company and open it
Step 2: Now click on the company menu option and click on edit company option.
Step 3: Now enter the correct name save the changes.

You can find location of folder from which data exist by following below steps:
Step1: Open BUSY software and go to company menu
Step2: Then click on set data directory option and here you are check data location from  where your actual data exist

To change the pincode of your company in BUSY, follow below steps:
Step 1: take the latest backup of your company 
Step 2: Go to company menu and select edit company option
Step 3: Then edit company pincode and select save option to save changes.
