How do I update the company details like name and address?
If you want to update own company name or address for it below are the steps to do it:-
Step1: Open the company.
Step2: Then click company menu.
Step3: Select Edit company option.
From there you can able to Edit in the company details.
How can I add the company GST number in BUSY?
To add the company GST number in BUSY then follow the below steps.
Step 1: Click on Administration and then configuration
Step 2: Then features and options choose GST VAT option. here enter it in the gst number field and save it.
Why is my company information not showing up in BUSY?
If your company information is not showing properly in BUSY, then might be you have not entered full information at the time of company creation. However, you can update your company information by click on Edit Company under Company menu.
How can i set my data directory in BUSY
To set data directory in BUSY, follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to company meny and sub menu set data directory
Step 2: Then specify path in data directory field and press ok and check by click on open company submenu.
How can I select another company and open it?
To open the another company then follow the below steps.
Step 1: Click on company menu and then open company
Step 2: Select the another company from the list of company and open it by entering the username and password if required.
How to show company details in BUSY?
To show company details in BUSY, you can go to :
Step 1 : "Company Info" section .
Step 2 : Here, you can enter and update your company's information such as name, address, contact details, and tax registration details.
How can I Edit my Company Information?
For Edit Company Information Below are Given Steps:-
Step 1: First Open the company.
Step 2: After opening the company you have to click on the Edit Company option under the Company Menu and can Update or Edit Company Information from there.
My inventory sale price doesn't update when I change the sales price in stock items. What is the issue?
inventory sale price doesn't update when change the sales price in stock items the reason is maybe you maintain sales price along with MRP so in that case in stock inventory only sales price show who maintain along with MRP.
Why is the name of my company showing as 1920 when the data inside is for 23 24?
When checking company in company list you can click on show financilas years , you can check all the financial year present in that company . Your company name contains the financial year then you can edit the company name
What can I do if the company is still not visible after completely exiting the tabs?
If company is not showing in list then check the data path is correct , check in the folder if company folder is present . BUSY is not opened in any other tab , then restart system and check again.
