For Change company name please follow these steps: 1. Open company then Go in company menu 2. Then Go in Edit company 3. Then change company name and save configuration

Yes, you can create new company with only the required configuration by selecting the copy configuration from the copy masters, configurations and users from existing company option.

If you cannot access the company after updating the BUSY to latest version then make sure that the data path should be correct till the data folder.

Q: Why do I need to tick a box in the latest release (6) for financial years to appear automatically?

As list of company takes more time to load if show financila year option in tick , therefor you have to tick it when open company .

Q: Can I delete a company without losing all data, or do I have to create a new company?

No, you cannot delete a company without losing all data. You will have to create a new company by using the create company option under company menu.

Q: Could you assist with the configuration for BCN Barcode for the same item available with and without GST?

Unfortunately, in BCN Barcode, there is no option available to use a Composition barcode to identiFinancial Year whether it's a With GST item or without GST item.
