 If the printing is cutting from the right side when taking printouts from BUSY below are the steps to
follow:-
Step 1: If using Standard format for printing then go to the Administration menu and click on the
configuration tab and select Hardware configuration.
Step 2: Now in the Hardware configuration window reduce Shrink printing to % a minimum of 90
or a maximum of 95.
Step 3: If the issue persists then open the Control panel in your system and open the printer properties
option.
Step 4: From there set the Page as Legal or Letter and save the changes.
Step 5: If Using Design format and maintaining separate printer configuration you have to go to
the Administration menu click on the configuration tab select the Invoice document printing(Advance)
option then select the voucher type select the format and click on the page setting option from there

Step 5:By default, it's set to 60 lines per page. Modify this value to 64 or 65 lines per page.
Step 6:Save the configuration by clicking on the save button or pressing the F2 shortcut key.
Following these steps will result in 4-5 additional lines in the bill printing.

2. Then go in hardware configuration and select printer
3. Then mention page length in inches leave zero for default printer setting
4. Then mention lines per page and top margin and left margin
For change printer name and setting for design format please follow these steps:
1. Go in Administration then go in configuration
2. Then go in Invoice/document printing click on Advanced
3. Then select invoice type like sale invoice and select format
4. Then go in page setting then click Y on set printer configuration
5. Then click on configure and select printer driver
6. Then mention page length in inches leave zero for default printer setting
7. Then mention printing style, lines per page ,left margin and top margin and save configuration

How can I fix the issue Pinter error while printing invoices ?

 To fix the issue Pinter error while printing invoices you need to make sure some points: 
1.First of all you have to make sure that printer is installed in your system.IF printer is being not installed then You can install by your self or can install through Hardware Person.
2. If printer is installed is your system then printer will show automatically in BUSY and you can set as default and to set default you can follow some steps:
Step 1: Go Adminisrtation and then click on Configuration.
Step 2: Now click on Hardware configuration and select printer name in Default printer driver field and can make changes in another options in hardware configuration as per your requirement.

 If you are facing the issue of last column truncated then refer to the steps below to analyze as per the format :
If getting issue with Standard Format then :
Step 2: Check that preview is showing correct or not, if preview is not showing proper then,
Step 2: Go to Administration.
Step 3: Go to Configuration.
Step 4: Then go with Hardware configuration.
Step 5: Then decrease the paper left margin
Step 6: Shrink printing to % between 90 to 100
Step 7 :Check the preview again.
If you are using any advance format then check the Column size configiuration through :
1. Go to Administration
2. Configuration
3. Invoice Document Printing
4. Select Advance
5. Select the Transcation and Format Name
6. Check the preview from here and configure the column size accordingly.

Why is the shrinking effect too much on my invoice?

 The shrinking effect on your invoice in BUSY is too much because the percentage of shrinkage is set too high. If you decrease the percentage of shrinkage, the shrinking effect will decrease.
You can adjust the shrinking option in the hardware configuration menu. Follow these steps:
Step 1:Log in to your company with your credentials.
Step 2:Now go to the Administration menu and select Configuration from the submenu.
Step 3:In the Configuration menu, choose Hardware Configuration.
Step 4:A new window will open. Look for the Shrink printing to percentage option, whether for normal printing or landscape printing.
Step 5:Select the required shrinkage percentage according to your needs. Please note that the shrink printing percentage should be in between 90 to 100.
This way, you'll be able to adjust the shrinking option in the hardware configuration.

How do I adjust the left margin and top margin settings?

 Sure, Here are the steps to adjust the left margin and top margin settings on your invoices:
Step 1:Log in to your company with your credentials.
Step 2:Now go to the Administration menu and select Configuration from the submenu.
Step 3:In the Configuration menu, choose Hardware Configuration.
Step 4:Look for the options Paper Top Margin and Left Margin.
Step 5:By default, it's set to 0.25 inches. Modify these values to adjust the Top margin and left margin as per your need.
Step 6:Save the configuration by clicking on the save button or pressing the F2 shortcut key.
Please note that the left margin and top margin cannot be less than 0.10 inches.
This way, you'll be able to adjust the left margin and top margin settings on your invoices

While print invoice in BUSY, the outline are not printing and invoice gets cut. How can i resolve this query?

 If the outlines of any invoice format is not printing, you can check by shrink printing to % in hardware configuration by follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then click on configuration
Step 2: Choose the hardware configuration and then check by decrease the shrink printing to % between 90-100.

Step 1: Go to administration then click on configuration
Step 2: Choose the invoice/document printing then select advanced.
Step 3: Select the required voucher type with relevant advanced format.
Step 4: Now, click on page setting option then select configure tab for set printer configuration.
Step 5: Check by decrease the shrink printing to % between 90-100 and save the configuration.
