 If you're facing a problem where text is not visible in BUSY, you can try fixing it by adjusting the display settings. Here are the steps: 
Step 1: Go to your computer's display settings. You can usually access this by right-clicking on your desktop and selecting Display Settings.
Step 2: In the display settings, change the screen resolution to the recommended settings, such as 1366 x 768 or 1280 x 768.
Step 3: Set the Scale to 100% (the size of text, apps, and other items).
By following these steps and adjusting your display settings, you should be able to make the text visible on your screen while using BUSY.

What should I do if I am facing issues with page settings?

 If you are facing issues with page settings in BUSY, follow these steps to troubleshoot:
Step 1:Log in to your company with your credentials.
Step 2:Now go to the Administration menu and select Configuration from the submenu.
Step 3:In the Configuration menu, choose Hardware Configuration.
Step 4:Look for the option Default printer driver. If the default driver is missing, change it with an available driver.
Step 5:Keep settings as default like Lines per page normal should be 60, paper top margin & left margin should be 0.25 inches, and shrink printing percentage set to 100.
Step 6:Save the configuration by clicking on the save button or pressing the F2 shortcut key.
This should help resolve any issues with page settings in BUSY.

How do I reset the default hardware configuration settings in BUSY?

How can i the printer driver for printing?

 To change the printer driver for printing, follow the below steps:
For standard format:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then select configuration sub menu.
Step 2: Select hardware configuration then here set default printer driver and save.
For advanced format:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then select configuration sub menu.
Step 2: Select invoice and document printing then select advanced option.
Step 3: Choose the invoice type such as sales invoice, purchase invoice, etc and double click on it.
Step 4: Enter on the the format name then click on page settings on right side.
Step 5: After opening it set Y on set printer configuration then click on configure button and specify the default printer drive then save.

User need to change Printer every time what to do to fix it?

 If the user needs to change the printer every time, you need to confirm whether its format is standard or designed.
Step 1: If it is in standard format, then you have to set the printer in the hardware configuration only.
Step 2: Or if its design format is different, you can set the document design in the page setting configuration printer as defalut, or if you do not set it in the page setting configuration printer, you can set it as normal in the hardware configuration.
Step 3: This is happening because the printer is set on document design and the user operating from another PC needs to set the printer on hardware configuration.

How to fix truncated sales invoice printouts?

 If your sales invoice printouts are truncated in BUSY, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: Check if the printout is correct when you print from PDF instead of printing from BUSY.
Step 2: Go to the Administration tab in BUSY and click on Configuration.
Step 3: Select "Hardware Configuration" and adjust the Left and Top Margin if needed. You can also shrink the page size from 90% to 100%.
Step 4: Make sure that your printer page setting matches the invoice format.

Why is the printout of the invoice coming out cut off? Can I fix the format?

 The printout of the invoice is coming out cut off because the format needs to be adjusted. Yes, you can fix the format in BUSY below are the to fix it:-
Step 1: You have to Go to the Administration menu.
Step 2: Then click on Configuration after that click on Hardware configuration there you have to check the Line per page (Normal) If using, Shrink printing%.
Step 3: After that go to the Printer setting and check paper layout is set to A4, Letter, or Legal check by each of these if still face the same issue can contact the customer support number i.e 8282828282.

Why are the first and second pages of my three-page invoice coming out messed up?

 Let's troubleshoot this issue together. Follow these steps:
Step 1:Log in to your company with your credentials.
Step 2:Now go to the Administration menu and select Configuration from the submenu.
Step 3:In the Configuration menu, choose Hardware Configuration.
Step 4:Look for the option named Lines per Page Normal or Landscape.
Step 5:Modify the value of lines per page, aiming for around 60 lines per page.
Step 6:Save the configuration by clicking the save button or pressing the F2 shortcut key.
Keep in mind, it's recommended to use the default setting of 60 lines per page. Test print after making changes to ensure the issue is resolved.

How do I setup and troubleshoot printing in BUSY?

 1.First of all you have to make sure that printer is installed in your system.IF printer is being not installed then You can install by your self or can install through Hardware Person.
2. If printer is installed is your system then printer will show automatically in BUSY and you can set as default and to set default you can follow some steps:
Step 1: Go Adminisrtation and then click on Configuration.
Step 2: Now click on Hardware configuration and select printer name in Default printer driver field and can make changes in another options in hardware configuration as per your requirement.

Can I adjust the shrinking option in the hardware configuration and how?

 Yes, You can adjust the shrinking option in the hardware configuration menu. Follow these steps:
Step 1:Log in to your company with your credentials.
Step 2:Now go to the Administration menu and select Configuration from the submenu.
Step 3:In the Configuration menu, choose Hardware Configuration.
Step 4:A new window will open. Look for the Shrink printing to percentage option, whether for normal printing or landscape printing.
Step 5:Select the required shrinkage percentage according to your needs. Please note that the shrink printing percentage should be in between 90 to 100.
This way, you'll be able to adjust the shrinking option in the hardware configuration.
