You can enter the inventory details in BUSY in two ways. You can either enter the opening quantity when you create a new item, or you can enter vouchers, such as purchase, material receipt, etc., for quantity in.

No, separate entries need to be made for production and consumption in BUSY.For production you can 
use production voucher and for consumption you can use Stock journal voucher.However,you can use 
stock journal voucher for generation of stock.

To modify production voucher , please follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to Transaction menu and then select Production and then select modify option.
Step 2: You can open the voucher in modify mode and make the necessary changes.

In BUSY, invoices are always recurring. It is not a one-time entry. You can modify the transactions at any time. Unless and until you have permission to modify. The superuser always has the right to modify it.

To make inventory in minus become zero in BUSY, you can use the "Stock journal" voucher to adjust the stock quantity and set it to zero or can use physical stock voucher to set it to zero.

To modify a saved file later in BUSY, please follow below steps:
Step 1: go transaction menu and then select sales option 
Step 2: And then click on the modify option and do the changes as you required

For Transfer Stock to Branch, we have to pass the stock transfer voucher by selecting the material Centre which is tagged in that Branch.

The details to be filled in the delivery challan in BUSY, include the name of the party, item details, date and transaction reference, and other relevant information of taxes and if there is any other charges.
