To resolve mismatch while reconcile sale and purchase, have to check:
Step 1 : Double check the entry
Step 2 :CHeck tax rate,amount
Step 3 : Check item details
How can I update the stock if it is empty? Should I enter a purchase or update the general for empty stock?
Yes, you can either enter purchase or stock journal, a physical stock voucher to increase the stock quantity if it is empty, As reflected in the current inventory levels.
Can I reuse a challan for direct billing or do I need to create a separate bill?
No, you cannot reuse a challan for direct billing in BUSY . You need to create a separate bill. So you have to create partial billing for pending challan.
I want to adjust old stock against a new purchase order. How do I do this?
For adjustment of old stock with new use Stock Journal voucher generate new item in voucher and consumed old items in voucher define qty and rate then save voucher
My raw material receipt quantities fluctuate. How can I manage variable raw material consumption in BUSY?
If your raw material consumption quantity fluctuates, we recommend that you use the Stock Journal voucher for the production of goods instead of creating a BOM (Bill of Material).
Why is it important to have a current backup before making changes to TDS?
It is not mandatory as per your requirement to have a current backup before making changes to TDS in BUSY to avoid the risk of data corruption or loss.
Can I send an e-way bill on the challan, and is it necessary?
In BUSY, it is possible to generate an e-way bill directly on the challan. This process becomes mandatory when the value of the goods being transported exceeds Rs. 50,000.
