You can correct the account number manually from the account master. There is no validation right now in BUSY for validating the account number.
 Pls follow the below steps :
 Step 1: Click on administration
 Step 2: Then masters
 Step 3: Then Modify - Here select the account master and the correct the account number.

To change GST number, you can follow these steps :
Step 1 : CLick on administration
Step 2 : COnfiguration
Step 3 : Features and options
Step 4 : GST/VAT
Step 5 : Change GST number
Step 6 : Please take backup before any process
Step 7 : As these will change GST number in all old return
We recommend to create new company

To modify or update the account master then follow these steps:
 Step 1: Go to administration section then click on master menu 
 Step 2: Choose the account option then click on modify tab
 Step 3: Access the required master in modify mode and update the account master details as per requirement and save the account.

To Set decimal places for quantity measurement in BUSY, please follow below steps: 
Step 2:  And Select configuration tab and choose features and options . 
Step 3: After that select inventory menu and here you can see Qty. decimals places option. 
Step 4: Now here you can set the qty decimals as per your requirement. 

To edit the state details in BUSY you need to follow below given steps:
Step 1: Take a latest backup of the company.
Step 2: Then go to administration menu and select masters from it.
Step 3: In masters select misc. masters option and select states from it.
Step 4: In states select modify option to modify the state details.

In BUSY, you can put opening quantity of item master in beginning financial year only. You can follow these step to update opening stock of item:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on master menu
Step 2: Choose the account tab then select the modify tab
Step 3: Now, update the opening balance and save the master.

Yes, you can add multiple material centers for different locations under the same GST number in BUSY.
To create material center in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration menu then click on Master.
Step 2: Select Material Center and then click on add option.
Step 3: Enter material center name and select group then save the master.

To convert the stock of an old product to a new one ,please follow below steps : 
Step 1: Go to Transaction menu .
Step 2: select Stock Journal Voucher type 
Step 3:  Click on Add
Step 4: Add details and Item name in Items generated .
Step 5: Add quantity and Material center and save the voucher.

To modify the product master in BUSY, follow these steps: 
 Step 1: Go to administration section then click masters menu 
 Step 2: Choose the item option then click on modify option 
 Step 3: After access the item master in modify mode, Update or correct the wrong details and save the item master.

State for this party is not specified in Party Master means that the state information is missing for the party in the Party Master. To resolve this, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on master
Steo 2: Click on modify then specify the state in party state field and save the master.
