From Master Configuration, we can add additional data as per requirement which will show in dropdown during voucher entry.
Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Configuration
Step 3: Master Configuration
Step 4: Select Master Type - Item
Step 5: Add it fields as per your need from Master dropdown and Additional Field.

Open the Account or Item Master in Modify Mode then add change it Opening balance. If it is not the beginning Year then wont be able to change the opening balances, For that either split financial year or correct the balance in last year.
Note : Do this Process After Data Backup

You can update rates in your items by modifying them in BUSY by following these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration then click on Masters.
Step 2: Select Item and click to Modify.
Step 3: Choose your item and update the rate then save changes.
Note: Take backup of your data before making any changes.

To create Samsung Galaxy A14 464 black color item in BUSY, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1: Go to administration then masters
Step 2: Select item and click on add option now mention the item name as Samsung Galaxy A14 464 black color create item and click on save button.

To alter the commission value in BUSY Accounting software, then follow the below steps.
Step 1: Click on administration and then Masters
Step 2: Then account and select Modify.when you save the party master then salesman details window will get open. you have to alter the commission for the party and save it.

To enter a new tax in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then go to the 'Masters' menu 
Step 2: And select 'Tax Category'. Then click on 'Create' and enter the details of the new tax. Save the changes and the new tax will be added to the software.

For Update price in Item master list follow these steps:
step 1: Go in administration then go in master
step 2: Go in Item and click on list
step 3: Click on screen then go in standard format
step 4: Click on all Item and open item list 
step 5: Select Item and update price 

To mention sale price with margin amount, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then masters.
Step 2: Click on item masters and modify item for which want to mention sale price.
Step 3: Open item master and in sale price field mention the sale price with margin included in it and save.

To create a kit as item in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration and then click on masters.
Step 2: Select master type as Item Master and click on Add Item.
Step 3: Define item name as 'Kit' and add the additional details and click on save button.

When creating or modiFinancial Yearing an item master:
Tag the account ledger name in SpeciFinancial Year Sales Account.
Tag the account ledger name in SpeciFinancial Year Purchase Account.
Enable the Don't Maintain Stock Balance option.
After tagging the account ledger in the item master:
Feed sales and purchases.
It will automatically post to the account ledger only.
